From humble beginnings in 1994 OOPS has expanded into a leading edge service provider to the Hospitality Industry and in particular Registered Clubs.
Whether it be Training, Insight Reports, Facilitated Workshops or the general delivery of Human Resource services, organisations are increasingly turning to and returning to OOPS in the bid to achieve peak performance and that all important competitive edge.
OOPS currently has a diverse portfolio of over 40 Clubs covering a spectrum of interests in NSW and ACT. Research, development and the addition of new services has characterised OOPS diversification and expansion in 2007, including broaching the New Zealand market.

Optimum operating procedures and services, better known as OOPS was established in 1994 as a training company by Michelle Pascoe and has developed over the years to now employing 25 people. In 1999 OOPS created a niche in the club industry providing customer service training, insight reports (mystery shopper), facilitation workshops and human resource services
It is through this specialisation that OOPS is now expanding to incorporate further services by introducing specialists in their fields of Strategic Corporate Planning, Personality Profiling, Personal Image, Trends Analysis and Benchmarking to assist clubs in their leading edge aspirations.
