Michelle Pascoe is the Managing Director of Optimum Operating Procedures and Services Pty Ltd (OOPS) and is an Accredited Trainer and Assessor.

OOPS was established in 1994 delivering Customer Service training to both small and large businesses in a broad spectrum of industries, including Real Estate, Retail and Manufacturing throughout the Greater Western Sydney and Sydney areas.

Michelle presented her first training session to the Hospitality industry in 1999 and has developed her expertise in this area to become a leading expert.  OOPS now provides the Club industry throughout New South Wales and New Zealand a variety of services including; training, management facilitation, Insight Reports (Mystery Shopper), focus groups, empowering through grooming and styling, strategic planning and a human resource consultant role.

OOPS expanded into the New Zealand hospitality industry in 2007 and is currently researching the Singapore market.

Michelle was the recipient of the Camden Wollondilly Business Women of the Year Aware for 2000 and was President of Campbelltown Chamber of Commerce & Industry in 2005 after residing on the Board for 6 years.

Michelle is an Accredited Professional Speaker of the National Speakers Association of Australia and is the New South Wales, Vice President.

Michelle delivers high energy and high-content workshops engaging her audiences, leaving them enthused, empowered and their potential ignited.
